Do you have COVID safe protocols in place?
Yes, we have implemented contactless delivery for all orders. This means that all orders will now have Authority To Leave at the delivery address. If you don't wish to enable this, please make a note in your order.
What postal service does Jumply use?
We use a courier service for most orders. Where the order is to a P.O. Box or to a remote area, we use Australia Post
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please note that due to the COVID-19 outbreak, additional transit times of 3 days, or possibly more may be experienced. We are working closely with our carriers to minimise impact on our customers, but this is largely out of our control.
Prior to this, our estimated shipping times were;
Courier Service: Generally two to three business day after it has been picked up. This time may vary depending on your location in Australia and any unforeseen circumstances that may occur.
Australia Post (P.O. Box): Two to five business days to Eastern States and five to eight days to Western Australia.
Do your products have a warranty?
We also offer a 12 Month Warranty from the date of purchase on all manufacturing faults. This does not cover general wear and tear that occurs due to day-to-day use of the product.
